My Mission Statement

The goals that I set for my clients and myself have not changed over the past 30+ years I have spent as a Realtor with Windermere in the Seattle market, specializing in residential real estate. The top priority is providing the highest level of quality service, expertise, and commitment to assist my clients in obtaining their real estate dreams. The best way a Realtor can track their performance is through the amount of referrals, recommendations and repeat business they receive from their clients. In the year 2022, approximately 85% of my business came from referrals and repeat business from my valued clients. Client satisfaction is and will always remain the highest priority for me and my team.

About Me

I was born in Tell City, Indiana, a small Midwestern town of 7000 residents and attended St Paul’s Catholic School for my K-8 elementary education. My family moved to Washington in 1979 where we lived in Silverdale, where I attended Central Kitsap High School where I graduated with honors and enjoyed playing on the basketball, golf and track teams. After graduating in 1981, I enrolled at the University of Washington and received a degree in Economics. I started my real estate career in 1990 with Richard James Realtors working out of their Kirkland office. In 1991 I join my current office, Windermere Real Estate, where I have been every since specializing in the greater Seattle residential market. I am an active member in St Matthew’s Parish in North Seattle. My wife, Sandi and I currently have our two sons, Nick 20 and Zach 18, both in college at Gonzaga University. In addition to our two boys, we have two lovely girls, Jillian 13 and Madeline 8. Since being a Seattle resident since 1981, I have lived in many of the great neighborhoods that our city has to offer, including the University District, First Hill, West Seattle, Greenwood, Maple Leaf and we currently reside in the Wedgwood neighborhood in NE Seattle. What I truly cherish about being a Realtor is all the people I meet and the lasting relationships that I establish. A home provides the backdrop for so many lasting memories in ones life and I feel so blessed to be able to assist my clients in finding their new homes.
